This Subscription / Auto-Ship Terms Addendum (“Subscription Terms”) supplements and forms part of the Terms of Service of Nutra Quality Labs, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Subscription Terms apply to any products purchased on a recurring or automatic delivery basis through nutraqualitylabs.com.
By enrolling in a subscription or auto-ship program, you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Subscription Program Overview
Our subscription or auto-ship program allows you to receive eligible products automatically at a recurring interval (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days), based on the option you select at checkout.
Subscriptions continue until canceled by you in accordance with these Subscription Terms.
2. Authorization & Automatic Renewal
By enrolling in a subscription, you expressly authorize Nutra Quality Labs, LLC to:
- Charge the payment method you provide on a recurring basis
- Process charges at the frequency, price, and quantity disclosed at checkout
- Continue billing until you cancel the subscription
- This authorization remains in effect unless and until you cancel your subscription.
3. Billing, Pricing & Taxes
You will be charged the subscription price displayed at checkout, plus applicable taxes and shipping, unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change; however, any price changes will apply only to future shipments and you will be notified in advance where required by law.
Failed payments may result in delayed shipments or suspension of the subscription until payment is successfully processed.
4. Order Confirmation & Renewal Notices
After enrolling, you will receive:

It is your responsibility to ensure your contact and payment information remains current.
5. Managing, Skipping, or Canceling Your Subscription

- Skip an upcoming shipment
- Change delivery frequency or product quantity
Cancellation Timing:
To avoid being charged for the next scheduled shipment, cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
6. Returns & Refunds for Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are subject to the same Returns and Refund Policy as one-time purchases, unless otherwise stated.
We do not offer refunds for shipments that have already been processed or shipped, except as required by law.
7. Failed Payments & Suspension
If a subscription payment fails:
- We may retry the payment method on file
- Shipments may be delayed or skipped
- The subscription may be suspended or canceled if payment cannot be successfully processed
