Nutra Quality Labs, LLC is committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review the following information regarding shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received and verified. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight and size
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be clearly disclosed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are shipped via trusted third-party carriers.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries. Customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees
- Compliance with local import regulations
Nutra Quality Labs, LLC is not responsible for delays, refusals, or seizures caused by customs authorities.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to:
- Additional shipping fees
- Delayed reshipment
- Cancellation and refund minus shipping costs
- Lost or Damaged Shipments

Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we maintain strict quality and safety standards.
Eligibility for Returns
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be returned in their original, sealed packaging.
Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return, except where required by law.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used supplements
- Subscription shipments that have already processed or shipped
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards or promotional items
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Ship the product back as directed
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please place a new order.
Subscription Orders
Subscription and auto-ship orders are subject to this Shipping & Returns Policy unless otherwise stated in our Subscription / Auto-Ship Terms Addendum.
To avoid charges for an upcoming subscription shipment, changes or cancellations must be made before the applicable cutoff time.
Important Notes
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements
- Excessive or abusive return behavior may result in account limitations
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights

Supplement Delivery & Temperature Sensitivity Disclaimer Addendum
Dietary supplements may be sensitive to heat, cold, humidity, and temperature fluctuations during transit.
By placing an order with Nutra Quality Labs, LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Some products may experience cosmetic or physical changes during shipping, including but not limited to softening, melting, clumping, condensation, or changes in texture or appearance.
- These changes do not necessarily affect product safety, potency, or quality, provided the product seal remains intact.
- Exposure to high or low temperatures during transit is outside of our control, particularly during seasonal weather conditions.
Delivery Conditions
Packages may be left at the delivery address by the carrier without temperature control.
Delivery delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or customs may increase the likelihood of temperature exposure.
We recommend retrieving packages promptly upon delivery and storing supplements according to the instructions on the product label.
No Temperature-Controlled Shipping Guarantee
Unless expressly stated at checkout, Nutra Quality Labs, LLC does not guarantee temperature-controlled shipping, refrigerated delivery, or protection from environmental exposure during transit.
Returns Related to Temperature Exposure
Products affected by temperature-related cosmetic changes are not eligible for return or refund, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or unsafe to consume.
